At Galway Rock we strive to be transparent with our guests about pricing. The prices below reflect our base price to host each type of event. Food and Beverages may be added to your event if you desire.

  • We have no food and Beverage minimums.
  • All beverages must be purchased through Galway Rock Winery.
  • While Galway Rock does have a Catering Menu, at this time we do allow outside catering, or self catered events.

Prices by Event

Showers – $900

Shower your loved one with a Bridal, or Baby Shower at Galway Rock. This package includes 4 hours of exclusive access to the tasting room and patio including 1 hour of set up time and 3 hours of party time. The shower package includes either our wood tasting room tables, or round banquet tables draped with floor length white linens and full sized signature black grapevine chairs. Also included are gift tables, buffet tables draped with black linens, decorative wine barrels, selfie station with free photo booth app to send photos directly to your guests, and a dedicated staff member to assist during the entire event so you can spend your time enjoying your guests. Intimate Wedding Package – $3900

Intimate Weddings at Galway Rock are the perfect way to say “I-do” without breaking the bank. This package is for 20 people including the bridal party. The package is for 3 hours of exclusive access to the Tasting Room and Patio which includes 1 hour of ceremony time and 2 hours of party time. Also included is your choice of three appetizers for lite bites, beautiful barrel top charcuterie tower, sparkling wine toast, double layer white wedding cake, pink lemonade & iced lemon water, and overflowing baby’s breath throughout the venue. Private Parties – $900

Want exclusive access to the tasting room for your Birthday Party, Engagement Party, Family Reunion, Milestone Anniversary, Retirement Party, or any other reason you can think to celebrate? Host your Private party at Galway Rock. This package includes 3 hours of exclusive access to the tasting room and patio. The party package includes either our wood tasting room tables, or round banquet tables draped with floor length white linens and full sized signature black grapevine chairs. Also included are gift tables, buffet tables draped with black linens, decorative wine barrels, selfie station with free photo booth app to send photos directly to your guests, and a dedicated staff member to assist during the entire event so you can spend your time enjoying your guests.

Galway ROck After Hours – $35 per person

Come enjoy Galway Rock after hours!  Our After Hours Tasting Experience gives you exclusive access to the tasting room for your large group.  Your reservation will include a tasting for each guest, a beautiful charcuterie board to nosh on, exclusive access to the tasting room for two hours, free custom selfie station photo booth, and gratuity. This experience is great for bachelorette parties, corporate events, birthday parties, holiday parties, client appreciation events, mixers, fundraiseres, or any reason you can think of to celebrate with your large group. How it works:  We have opened up private tasting hours after the tasting room closes for the day at 7pm.  We will only book one group per night so you will have exclusive access to the tasting room for two hours.  For more information, or to book check out our Private Tasting Page by clicking here.
