Our menu features all the wines, cocktails, and other beverages that we currently have in the tasting room as well as small bites to enjoy while you chill on our patio, or in the tasting room. The menu changes seasonally as our wines become available.

Tastings – $15

Enjoy curated samples of our wines at your own pace. You’ll receive a samples of three wines to sip and savor right at your own table. Tasting flights vary seasonally and as our wines are available throughout the year

Winetails

Golden Dove – $16

Blanco tequila, peach schnapps, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and Saratoga Sparkling Blanc de Blanc served over ice in a rocks glass.

Aperol Spritz – $14

Is it really summer if there aren’t Aperol Spritzes? Aperol, Saratoga Sparkling Blanc de Blanc, and club soda served over ice in a wine glass with an orange slice.

Rosé Water – $14

Vodka, Saratoga Sparkling Rosé, and grapefruit club soda served over ice in a pint glass with fresh lemon. Better than hard seltzer, spiked seltzer, and ranch water combined!

French 75 – $14

The quintessential French cocktain. Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, topped with Saratoga Sparkling Blanc de Blanc served in a Champagne flute with a twist

Strawberry Frozé – $16

Treat yourself to dessert and a cocktail all in one. Strawberry sorbet served in a chilled martini glass with a mini bottle of Saratoga Sparkling Rosé to pour on top.

Wine by the Glass

Enjoy a glass of our wine while you sit on the patio and gaze at the Green Mountains, or in our light and airy tasting room. Bottle service is available as well for Wine Club Members Only. Consider joining for free to enjoy this perk!
